The mushroom path light is a shape that has been around since mid-century garden design, and it survives because it solves the problem correctly: the cap covers the source completely, so the light goes down onto the path and never sideways into your eyes.

Two finishes, both matte and both intended to disappear in daylight — snow gray reads almost like stone against gravel and pale paving, sand black sits back into planting and dark mulch. The body is cast aluminum, which is the material that survives a strimmer and ten winters.

Three heights: 14.4 inches for borders and low planting, 22.2 inches for a standard walkway, 30.1 inches where you are lighting through taller shrubs. Mixing heights along one run gives a more natural layered look than a uniform line. 12W of warm 3000K light, IP65, hardwired.
