What's the difference between 3 Color Modes and Dimmable?

3 Color Modes switches between warm, neutral and white light from an ordinary wall switch, but the brightness is fixed. The Dimmable version comes with a remote and adjusts both color temperature and brightness. If you want it low in the evenings, choose Dimmable.

Which length should I pick?
